Use of the Service

FotoLedger helps you build photo-based reports. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of all data, captions, project details, and exported reports.

Local and Cloud Modes

FotoLedger supports local mode (without login) and cloud mode (with account login). Cloud features may require backend availability and valid authentication.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded and generated content. You grant us a limited right to store and process that content only as needed to operate requested app features (for example, cloud save/load).

Acceptable Use

• Do not use FotoLedger for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not interfere with normal service operation or security controls.

Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

No Warranty

FotoLedger is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FotoLedger is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
